  • some lard
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and cook for about 15 minutes. Also cut the tomatoes and garlic into small cubes. Cut the onion into rings and the mushrooms into slices.
  2. Fry the minced meat with lard. Put all ingredients in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and place in the oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
