- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 100 ml cream
- 250 ml malt beer
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cocoa powder
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar

- Put the milk together with 50 ml of cream, the vanilla pod, the cinnamon, cocoa powder and the vanilla sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then take the pot off the flame and add the malt beer. Heat again briefly and meanwhile whip the rest of the cream until stiff.
- Pour the hot butter beer into fireproof glasses and pour the stiff cream over them.
