Ingredients

  • 2 cm turmeric, organic
  • 50 cl fruit juice, dark
  • 0.5 ½ kiwi (s)
  • 50 g spinach, frozen
  • 1 handful lettuce, mixed
  • 3 tablet (s) Spirulina microalgae
  • 1 teaspoon hemp oil, organic
  • 1 teaspoon oil (MCT oil)
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk flour
  • 0.5 ½ small clove garlic (s)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 80 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon sauce (Mojo Palmero Picante)

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients one after the other into a 750 ml smoothie cup and mix. If everything is not to be shredded directly, simply shake the cup by hand in between and then mix again.
  2. Then let the smoothie rest for 5 - 10 minutes.
  3. If necessary, the amount of water can be changed at your own discretion to adjust the consistency.
