Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g oat flakes, (whole rain)
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 150 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 125 g cane suar, (whole cane suar)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Sweat the oat flakes in the slightly heated butter until lightly, then leave to cool. Mix the nuts, almonds and sunflower seeds with the baking powder. Add the eggs, salt, sugar, honey, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and the oatmeal mixture and quickly work everything into a juicy dough.
  2. Grease the baking sheets well or line them with parchment paper. With 2 teaspoons, place small heaps of dough on the tray and flatten it a little, allow to dry for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and bake the biscuits for 8-10 minutes, then leave to cool well on a rack.
