Instructions

  1. Heat the fat in a saucepan and add the chopped onions. Dice Cabanossi or Mettwurst and sauté. Clean the fresh beans and fry them briefly. Pour 1-1.5 liters of vegetable stock. Add the bunch of savory (alternatively, it can be the dried savory from the spice rack). Let cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the diced potatoes. Cook until the desired consistency is achieved. Remove fresh savory.
  3. Alternatively, the recipe can also be prepared with frozen beans. Then boil the potatoes and add the beans at the end.
