Ingredients

  • 300 g puff pastry
  • 400 g cheese, rated
  • 350 g double cream cheese
  • 300 g sweet cream
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 7 egg (s), size M
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix together the grated cheese, cream cheese, cream, eggs and diced bacon and season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
  2. Place the puff pastry in a greased and floured 26-inch springform pan. Press on the sides and edges well, if necessary brush the dough with a little water and roll up the excess edge as desired. Spread the mixed cheese filling on top.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 90 minutes on the middle rack, until the cake is golden brown and the filling is firm. If necessary, cover the springform pan with aluminum foil or baking paper and lower the temperature a little so that the surface does not turn too brown.
  4. After the baking time, take the cheese cake out of the oven, let it cool down, take it out of the springform pan and serve warm.
  5. Also tastes cold and very good with a glass of white wine.
