Hearty with the Addition of Tortellini

Hearty tomato soup with zucchini, celery and tortellini. Ravioli can be used if desired.

Ingredients

  • Carrot 3 pcs.
  • Zucchini 1 PC.
  • Celery 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions 0.5 pcs.
  • Tomatoes (tomato) 60 g
  • Tomato paste 260 ml
  • Vegetable broth 3.5 tablespoon.
  • Tortellini 260 g
  • Salt taste
  • The ground black pepper taste

Directions

  1. Add chopped carrots, zucchini, celery stalks, onions, tomatoes, and tomato sauce to a large saucepan.
  2. Pour the broth over the vegetables. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Add tortellini and cook for another 7-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
