Ingredients

  • 170 g olives, reen
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), including the juice
  • 3 tablespoon herbs (Italia herb mix)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 handful basil, leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. First drain the olives and peel the garlic and onion. Cut the garlic and onion into small cubes. Pluck the fresh basil leaves, about a good handful is enough.
  2. Put all ingredients in the blender, process into a spread and season with lemon juice. I recommend a hand blender or a food processor.
  3. A dream when grilling with white bread! Enjoy the meal.
