Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 0.5 ½ spring onion (s)
- 50 g tomato (s), dried
- 3 tablespoon pistachios (green, unsalted)
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- Pepper, freshly ground

- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, half the spring onion and the pistachios and mix, then add to the softened butter and mix.
- Press the clove of garlic and add it. Season everything with salt and pepper. Finished!
- This butter goes great with any form of bread, baguette, ciabatte, grilled meat, grilled corn on the cob and much more!
