Ingredients
For the dough:
- 375 grams flour
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
- 50 grams sugar
- 125 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 g e (s)
- 100 g butter, melt
- 100 g douh (Hermann)
For covering:
- 75 g butter, melted
- 75 grams sugar
- 50 g almond (s), flakes

- For the dough, sieve the flour into a bowl and mix well with the dry yeast and sugar. Then add milk, egg, butter and Hermann and quickly work everything into a smooth dough with the dough hook.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Then roll out the dough on a greased sheet.
- Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with flaked almonds and sugar evenly.
- Let rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Then bake in the preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 10-12 minutes.
