- 5 egg whites
- 5 egg yolks
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 450 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder, (baking cocoa)
- 300 g butter, liquid
- 200 g douh, (Hermann douh)
- 200 g chocolate
- 100 g cream
