- 250 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 g hazelnuts, round or walnuts
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon rum
- 3 apples
- powdered sugar

- Beat the butter until foamy. Slowly pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the eggs.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, nuts, cinnamon, cocoa spoon by spoon.
- Peel and grate the apples, pour rum over them and let stand for a short time. Carefully fold the apple mixture into the batter.
- Bake in a springform pan at 175 ° C for about 80 minutes.
