Homemade Bread with Fried Onions

Fresh homemade bread from a bread machine, yes with fried onions … Delicious!
Ingredients
For a 700 g loaf:
- Water – 200 ml
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1.5 teaspoon.
- Flour – 420 g
- Yeast “Saf moment” – 1 pack.
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil (for frying onions) – 3 tbsp
Directions
- Peel the onion, cut it into small cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion in it until golden brown. Refrigerate.
- Put all products, except onions, in a baking dish. Sift flour beforehand.
- Select the “Basic” baking mode, dark crust. Baking time 3 hours.
- After the first signal of the oven, after about 40 minutes (I am guided by my bread maker), load the onion to the dough, close the oven and bake bread and onions until the end of the program.
- Remove the finished bread with fried onions from the mold, cool on a wire rack.
