  • 1 liter vodka, 37%
  • 250 g plum (s)
  • 20 kernels, (dry plum kernels)
  • 1 pinch (s) star anise
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 400 g cane suar, brown
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. First of all, it is important that the seeds are absolutely dry and have no pulp left on them.
  2. Then wash and halve the plums and place in a glass bowl or bottle. Now put the remaining ingredients and the plum kernels on top and leave closed for approx. 4-5 weeks.
  3. Then pour the contents through a sieve and a delicious liqueur is ready and the cinnamon gives it a little Christmas touch.
  4. You can only say - really tasty and cheers.
