Homemade Juices with Cottage Cheese

Recipe for delicious homemade pastries with curd filling.

Ingredients

For the test:

  • Wheat flour – 300 g
  • Butter – 125 g
  • Sugar – 75 g
  • Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/3 teaspoon

For filling:

  • Cottage cheese – 300 g
  • Sugar – 60 g (or to taste)
  • Yolk – 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour – 1-1.5 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Yolk – 1 pc.
  • Water – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. First, prepare the dough. To do this, mix the flour with baking powder. Mash soft butter with sugar.
  2. Add the egg, salt, sour cream to the oil mixture and mix with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Add all the flour at once and quickly knead a tender homogeneous dough. Let’s put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. For the curd filling, mix all the ingredients and grind thoroughly with a fork. (It is better not to use a blender so as not to “liquefy” the filling.)
  5. Divide the chilled dough into 9 parts. Roll each of them into a flat cake 0.5 cm thick. Put a full tablespoon of the filling on one half and cover with the other half of the dough. Put the juices on a baking sheet covered with parchment and brush with yolk with the addition of 1 teaspoon of water.
  6. We bake juices in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, lower the temperature to 180 ° C. Sprinkle the finished juices with cottage cheese with powdered sugar.
