  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 4 clove (s) garlic

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic cloves and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to the boil in a small saucepan until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce thickens.
  2. You can also use less garlic. Makes about 150 ml.
