- 80 g honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 pinches clove (s), ground
- 450 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 jar sour jam

- Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and stir until frothy. Then add honey, cinnamon and the ground cloves. After stirring a little, mix in the flour and baking powder.
- Immediately form small balls and do not place too close together (7 pieces per tray) on a well-greased baking sheet. With a thimble, carefully press a pit into the Busserl and fill it with sour jam. Then bake for about 13-15 minutes at 150 ° convection.
