Ingredients
- 580 g pineapple, cut into pieces (can)
- 1 orange (s), untreated
- 3 tablespoon honey (blossom honey or other your choice)
- 500 g natural yourt
- 250 g quark
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- Wafer rolls

- Drain the pineapple. Thinly peel the peel of the orange and cut into fine strips. Squeeze the orange.
- Mix the blossom honey with the natural yoghurt, quark, orange juice, cream stiffener and 3/4 of the pineapple pieces. Spread the cream on dessert bowls. Decorate with pineapple pieces, orange peel strips and wafer rolls and serve.
