Ingredients

  • 700 ml vodka
  • 500 g honey
  • 8 carnation (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), unsprayed, remove the grated zest
  • 1 orange (s), unsprayed, the grated peel off
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat a little vodka in a saucepan and add a little honey so that the bottom is covered. Wait, stirring constantly, until the honey has dissolved. Then add all the spices and grated peel apart from the vanilla sugar. Then fill up with honey and vodka until everything is in the pot. Stir constantly and see that the honey melts - but nothing boils.
  2. Finally, add the vanilla sugar and turn off the stove. Put the lid on the pot and let everything stand for 2 hours.
  3. Then pour into bottles and let it steep for at least 7 days protected from the sun. Then filter and enjoy.
