Ingredients

  • 2 pork schnitzel
  • 2 sachets rice, long grain rice
  • 2 packs bechamel sauce (or homemade)
  • 1 can fruits, mixed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Tabasco
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some butter
  • curry

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice.
  2. In the meantime, cut the schnitzel in half, season and bread, and finish frying in the pan.
  3. Season the bechamel sauce with a little Tabasco (or more, to taste) and heat, add the drained canned fruit.
  4. Now mix the rice with butter and curry, put half of each in a portion casserole dish, press lightly.
  5. Now place 2 halves of schnitzel on top of the rice and pour half of the sauce over each.
  6. Put the two casserole dishes in the preheated oven (approx. 175 ° C) and bake for 30 minutes.
