Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons, heaped honey
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ water
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 fig (s), fresh
- 150 g natural yohurt (3.5% fat)

- Heat honey, water, cinnamon and sugar in a pan or saucepan until the sugar is liquid. In the meantime, wash the fig, remove the stem and cut into eighths.
- Now add the fig pieces to the stock and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes until the stock turns slightly red, turning the fig pieces several times. Let the fig pieces and the stock cool down briefly and then serve with the natural yoghurt.
