- 250 g pasta
- 6 clove (s) garlic
- 2 hot peppers
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 2 egg (s)
- 50 g cream cheese
- butter for frying
- milk
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, mixed

- Cook the pasta as usual in salted water until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, peel the garlic and onions and cut into pieces or rings.
- Cut the peppers into pieces and fry everything together in a little butter. Add the pasta and fry. Cut the peppers into pieces and add to the pasta.
- When everything is well fried, add the cream cheese and eggs. Stir everything and deglaze with milk. Then add salt, pepper and possibly a mixture of herbs and stir again briefly.
