Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon honey
- 1 liter milk, whole milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 3 carnation (s), whole

- Pour 1 tablespoon of honey into each of 6 glasses and set aside.
- Bring the milk to a boil in a larger saucepan and remove from the stove. Add the cinnamon and the cloves and stir. Cover with the lid and set aside for 20 minutes. Then put back on the stove and bring to the boil again while stirring. Take off the heat, take out the cloves and froth up briefly with a hand blender. Pour into the glasses and pour the foam on each glass. Stir the honey into the milk with a spoon and serve. Depending on the size of the glasses, it results in 4 - 6.
