Ingredients
- 2 pear (s)
- 80 g chocolate, bitter with oranes
- 250 ml wine, white, dry
- 1 lime (s), juice it
- 1 dash whipped cream or milk
- Cointreau (or Grand Marnier)
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 stick cinnamon
- ginger bread spice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
For the set:
- Lemon balm
- Spekulatius
- Orange (s), candied, chocolate flakes

- Halve, core and peel the pears.
- Bring white wine with vanilla and cinnamon, lime juice, sugar, a good pinch of gingerbread spice and some water to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Put the pear halves in, let simmer for a few more minutes, turning once too if the pears are not covered, then remove the pan from the stove and let the pears cool in the brew.
- Let the chocolate slowly melt with a dash of whipped cream or milk, season with the Cointreau or another orange liqueur.
- Place the drained pear halves on top of the chocolate sauce or partially cover with it.
- Garnish with candied oranges, fresh orange slices, chocolate flakes or chocolate flakes (preferably the orange-flavored ones), speculoos or something similar.
- A little lemon balm or mint is pleasing to the eye.
