Ingredients

500 g hot peppers
5 cloves garlic
olive oil
salt and pepper

Instructions

Wash the peppers and place in a large bowl. Press the garlic cloves and add them. Mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place the contents of the bowl on a baking tray lined with baking paper or aluminum foil in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 175 degrees.
For the grill, pack the vegetables in small aluminum packets.
