Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), peel and cut into small pieces
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 300 ml milk
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon fondor
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

- Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Then drain and add milk, fondor, butter and nutmeg. Then mash everything until the puree is ready and, depending on the consistency you want, add more or less milk, season with salt.
