Ingredients
- 750 g bell pepper (s), yellow and reen
- 500 g tomato (s)
- 2 large onions
- salt
- 50 g lard
- 1 tablespoon., Crushed paprika, hot pink
- possibly bacon, mixed, smoked

- Wash, core and cut the peppers into strips. Peel, core and quarter the tomatoes, peel and dice the onions.
- Heat the lard and fry the onions until golden. Dust with rose paprika. Add the paprika strips and tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes over a mild heat. Season to taste with salt.
- Goes very well with meat dishes.
- If you prefer a more hearty taste, you can leave out some smoked bacon in the lard and then cook the vegetables.
