“Hunter” Salad with Smoked Sausage

5 points salad! A quick, delicious salad with sausage, cheese, pickled cucumbers. Smoked sausage creates a bright, mouth-watering taste! I recommend the “Hunter” salad for the festive table!
Ingredients
- Raw smoked sausage – 200 g
- Hard cheese – 200 g
- Boiled potatoes – 3 pcs.
- Pickled cucumbers – 3-4 pcs.
- Canned green peas – 1 can
- Small purple onion – 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons (taste)
Directions
- We prepare products for salads with sausage, cheese, cucumbers, peas and potatoes. Boil the potatoes in advance, cool, peel.
- Cut the sausage into strips.
- Cut the cucumbers into strips.
- Cut the boiled potatoes into strips.
- Cut the onion into half rings or strips.
- Three hard cheese on a grater.
- Mix all the chopped ingredients. Add canned peas, ground black pepper and mayonnaise to the salad with cheese, sausage, potatoes and cucumbers. We mix everything.
- Hunter’s salad with smoked sausage is ready.
