- 200 g rice
- Salt water
- 1 eggplant (s)
- 300 g veetables (Kaiser veetables, frozen)
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 1 pack sauce powder for hunter sauce

- Prepare the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into rings and the aubergine into small cubes.
- First defrost the imperial vegetables in a hot pan and fry a little. Add the rest of the vegetables and fry them as well. Now prepare the sauce according to the instructions on the packet.
- As soon as the rice is ready, add to the vegetables and mix. Then pour the sauce over and mix in. Arrange on three plates.
