- 250 g natural yourt
- 250 g raspberries, frozen
- 50 g powdered suar

- Let the raspberries thaw for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile mix the quark, yoghurt and sugar with the mixer. Add the raspberries and chop up with the hand blender, then stir again with the mixer until smooth. Serve immediately.
