Ingredients
- 600 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 100 g whipped cream
- 200 ml ice cream (creamy chocolate ice cream)
- 4 cup / s coffee, hotter (espresso, also small espresso cups)

- Put the milk, powdered sugar, heavy cream and half of the chocolate ice cream in a tall bowl. Beat with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy or mix in a stand mixer until foamy.
- Fill the resulting chocolate shake into four latte macchiato or four other tall glasses. Pour a cup of hot espresso on top and pour a scoop of creamy chocolate ice cream into each glass.
- Place each glass on a plate or small tray. Decorate the biscuits and serve with a straw each.
- Variations: It tastes even better with a little coffee or cream liqueur. You can also replace the whipped cream with coconut milk and pour Batida de Coco on it instead of hot espresso. Of course, the chocolate shake can also be replaced with a vanilla shake, then with a vanilla ice cream ball.
