Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 250 g raspberries, frozen
- 150 grams sugar
- 4 pinches vanilla powder
- 1 squirt lemon juice

- Put the milk in the freezer for about half an hour. Put the cold milk in the kitchen mixer and add sugar, vanilla powder and lemon juice. Mix briefly. Now gradually add the frozen raspberries. Continue mixing until the whole thing is nice and frothy.
- The recipe makes about 4-5 glasses. Fill and enjoy.
