Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower

For the sauce:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon cheese, grated, no more WW
  • 100 g cream cheese 0.2% fat for WW, otherwise as desired
  • 30 g processed cheese, creamy up to % fat
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, grained, to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • Garlic, optional
  • possibly boiled ham, optional
  • possibly tomato sauce, simple, optional

For covering:

  • 2 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs

For the dough:

  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 piece (s) egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some oil
  • possibly wild garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook a small cauliflower slightly firm to the bite in vegetable stock and milk! Makes the cauliflower slightly lovely!
  2. Spinach leaves are also ideal for this, but should be lightly steamed with Knofi, nutmeg and spices!
  3. For the sauce:
  4. Whisk all the ingredients together and whisk together 2 tablespoons of grated cheese (2 p.) and 2 tablespoon. breadcrumbs (1 p.) with the rest of them for the top!
  5. For the lasagna:
  6. Put the flour on the work surface. Press a hollow in the middle. Put the egg in the middle and if with wild garlic, beat the egg with ½ teaspoon wild garlic! Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the flour.
  7. Now beat the egg from the middle with a little flour with a fork! Mix the flour from the middle until the dough is firmer and can be kneaded by hand.
  8. Knead properly, the dough must no longer be sticky, it should have a slight sheen! Shape into a ball and let rest warm in a cloth for 30 minutes!
  9. Then divide the amount by 4 parts and roll 4 plates out of the parts (approx. 40 grams per ball). It`s more difficult to do by hand, but it`s worth it! Roll out nice and thin!
  10. Pre-cook the plates in boiling water until they rise!
  11. It`s very quick, I put the sheets in one by one and put them into the mold right away!
  12. The plates can also be temporarily stored next to each other on a kitchen towel, so that they do not stick to each other.
  13. If you like, you can first put a simple tomato sauce made from tomato paste into the mold! Save oil!
  14. Put on the first plate and cover with sauce.
  15. Place the cauliflower in slices or florets. If you like, you can also add boiled ham strips! Put another plate on top, moisten with a little sauce and continue as above!
  16. Then add the rest of the sauce with cheese and breadcrumbs on top!
  17. Baked in a preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes at 200 degrees!
