Ingredients
- 8 tablespoon oil
- 8 tablespoon milk 0.3-3.5%
- 8 tablespoon sugar, max. 100 g
- 8 tablespoon quark, max. 250 g
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 400 g flour
- 1 ½ pack baking powder
- 1 kg plum (s), pitted and halved - sweet, no plums
- 30 biscuit (s), (Amarettinis)
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon sugar, possibly more

- Beat the top 6 ingredients with the mixer and add the flour mixed with baking powder.
- Knead everything into a dumpling and place on a greased baking sheet.
