Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 10 tomato (s), (party tomatoes)
- 2 onion (s), sliced lengthways
- 1 small clove garlic
- Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oil at hot water, otherwise as required
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- Vegetable broth, granulated to taste
For the sauce:
- 3 tablespoon cheese, grated, at WW, otherwise more as required
- 25 g processed cheese, % fat at WW
- 150 ml milk, seasoned with a little granular broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce to 2 , possibly soy sauce
- possibly red peppercorns
- possibly sauce (red pepper sauce)
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cook Brussels sprouts al dente in vegetable stock!
- In the meantime, cut 2 onions lengthways into strips and fry them lightly in olive oil!
- Pick the tuna, drizzle with lemon and place on the braised onions!
- Put salt and pepper from the mill on top and now the Brussels sprouts, cut in half, with the small party tomatoes, also cut in half, over the tuna!
- Now the milk with all the ingredients such as cheese, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce is also possible, whisk and pour on top!
- If you like, you can add a little tomato paste to the milk!
- And now in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes at 200 degrees!
- Check it out after 15 minutes!
- Tuna in its own juice doesn`t taste too fishy! I like it so much with Brussels sprouts!
- I can also imagine it with rice and pasta!
