- 4 small sausages (thick boiled sausages or fried sausages)
- 150 g bacon, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoon oil
- N / A onion (s) and garlic

- Boil the potatoes in the skin for about 20 minutes, drain, let steam, peel and let cool.
- Cut the potatoes and sausages into slices about 1 cm thick. The bacon slices are halved, alternately placed on skewers with the potato and sausage slices and sprinkled with pepper and salt. Then you brush the skewers with oil.
- Cover the grill grate with aluminum foil and grill the skewers all around for 8-10 minutes until they are nice and crispy.
- In addition, you can put pieces of garlic or onion rings in between, depending on your preference.
