Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g semolina
  • 3 tablespoon pudding powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g suar, brown
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly in a bowl (add the baking powder last), then add the coconut milk, water and oil and briefly stir well with the hand mixer. It is important that the dough is stirred quickly and does not stand around for long so that the baking powder does not lose its effect!
  2. Put the dough in a greased springform pan or on a small baking sheet and bake at 220 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 35 - 45 minutes (the baking time may vary depending on the oven).
  3. Before turning it out, let it cool down well, otherwise the cake will fall apart easily. Melt the chocolate and spread it on the cooled cake.
