  • 50 g bacon, mixed, diced
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 liter meat broth, hot
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 150 g processed cheese
  • Chives, if you like

Instructions

  1. Lightly fry the bacon cubes and add the garlic. Add the broth (reserve 3 tablespoon).
  2. Mix the flour with water, add to the soup and let it boil. Add tomato paste.
  3. Mash the processed cheese with the 3 tablespoons of hot broth and stir until creamy and then add to the hot soup. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve with chives.
