Italian Chops

Chops with cheese and herbs fried in breadcrumbs are delicious.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Pork (carbonate) – 600 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Spice mix to taste
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Parsley greens – 20 g
  • Bread crumbs – 50 g
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse the meat, dry with a napkin and cut into portions across the fibers with plates 1-1.5 cm thick.
  2. Cover with cling film or plastic bag, beat off on both sides.
  3. Drive an egg into a bowl.
  4. Grate the cheese.
  5. Cut the greens.
  6. Add spices and salt to taste.
  7. Beat everything slightly.
  8. Chops with pepper, salt and dip in the egg mixture. Dip from all sides.
  9. Breaded chops in breadcrumbs on both sides.
  10. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lower the cutlets.
  11. Fry the chops on both sides until golden brown, reduce heat to low, cover and cook the chops for another 2 minutes.
  12. Italian chops are ready.
