Ingredients
- 1 ring / s meat sausage
- 1 small Glass onion (s), (silver onions)
- 2 cups mozzarella, (small balls, 150 g)
- 1 packet cocktail tomatoes, (approx. 200 g)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 5 large cucumber (s), (pickles)
- basil
- salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- 200 ml water
- 1 ciabatta

- Cut the meat sausage into thin strips or slices, the peppers and pickles into small cubes, halve the silver onions and mozzarella balls and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
- Put everything in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, oil and water and season to taste. Decorate with the basil leaves and best serve with ciabatta.
