Ingredients
- 300 g spinach leaves, fresher
- 300 g mushrooms, brown
- some cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 clove garlic
- White wine
- olive oil
- freshly grated some parmesan
- 50 g pine nuts

- Roast pine nuts without oil and then set aside.
- Chop the mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and sauté them in olive oil. Chop the garlic clove and add. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with a little white wine.
- Wash and add spinach leaves. Finally, add the freshly grated Parmesan and the roasted pine nuts.
