Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ baguette (s) - roll
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ small onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ small bell pepper (s), red
  • 3 anchovies or alternatively:
  • 2 tomato (s), dried, in oil (up to 3 tomatoes)
  • 50 g mozzarella
  • 6 olives, black
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Toasting rolls. Drizzle with olive oil. Cut the onion into rings and the bell pepper into fine strips.
  2. If you use sun-dried tomatoes instead of the anchovy fillets, cut them into strips. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  3. Spread the prepared ingredients with the olives on the roll and sprinkle with parsley and thyme.
