- 250 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 50 g nuts (round)
- 50 g chocolate flakes
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoon rum
- 5 apples (raw, finely diced)

- Make a batter from the first five ingredients. Finally fold in the nuts, chocolate shavings, cinnamon, rum and apples. Prepare the mold and fill in the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
