- 6 tablespoon low-fat quark
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 1 box cress
- 1 large onion (s)
- 100 g cucumber (s), approx.

- Boil the potatoes in salted water.
- In the meantime, mix the quark with the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the cress from the bed. Fold half of it under the curd.
- Arrange the quark on two plates. The cress next to it. Peel and dice the onion and cucumber, add in small heaps.
- Peel the potatoes and place them next to the quark.
- Dip a piece of potato into the quark, pile onion or cucumber cubes and cress on top, and then you eat.
