Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 5 tablespoon cocoa
  • 0.5 ½ cup milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • some schnapps (arrack)
  • Cake icing (chocolate)
  • Grated chocolate
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from butter, sugar, egg yolk, milk, flour and baking powder. Stir in the cocoa. Put half of the dough in a well-greased springform pan.
  2. Now beat the egg white until stiff, fold in the desiccated coconut, arrack and sugar and spread over the center of the dough. Pour the remaining dough over it. Bake for about 40 minutes at 175 ° C.
  3. After cooling, cover the cake with the chocolate icing and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
