Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ cream
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 175 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 17 g tea, reen powder tea (matcha) - available in well-stocked tea shops

- Mix all ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved.
- Freeze in the ice cream maker. (Takes approx. 30-40 min.)
- But be careful with the green tea - it tastes * very * intense!
- (It is best to measure the 17 g with the letter scales )
- The ice will probably not freeze completely in the ice machine (since there are no eggs). So just put it in the freezer for 30-60 minutes afterwards, then it has a nice consistency and is ready to eat.
