Jelly Dessert

I bring to your attention a jelly dessert, which can be prepared both in portions and as a cake. Today I went the easy way using bags of ready-made instant color jelly. I combined it with sour cream and orange, and it turned out to be a real masterpiece.
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- Fruit jelly with different flavors – 2 sachets (90 g each)
- Sour cream – 400 grams
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Gelatin – 30 grams
- Orange – 1 pc.
Directions
- Make the jelly using the technology indicated on the manufacturer’s packaging and send it to freeze in the refrigerator.
- When the jelly has solidified, cut it into pieces. I cut right in the plate, in which it solidified.
- Spoon the jelly into bowls. First one color, and above another.
- Wash, peel, and cut the orange into cubes.
- Put the orange cubes in proportion to the jelly in each bowl.
- Boil the gelatin according to the instructions on the manufacturer’s packaging.
- Pour sour cream into any container, add sugar and beat with a mixer.
- When the sour cream doubles in volume, pour gelatin into it and continue beating for another 1 minute.
- Pour the whipped sour cream on top of the jelly and refrigerate to solidify.
