Jelly with Liquor

A wonderful dessert is made from berry jelly. Its recipe is very simple. The liquor is added to the jelly diluted with water, the recipe for which, as usual, takes only time to solidify.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Berry jelly – 90-100 g
  • Berry liqueur (blackcurrant “crème de cassis” or other liqueur) – 0.5 cups (100 g) or to taste
  • Fat cream (for whipping) – 0.5 cups (100 g)
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp (50 g)
  • Vanilla (vanilla sugar) – to taste
  • Small fresh mint leaves and frozen berries (currants) for decoration (optional)

Directions

  1. Dissolve the jelly according to package directions, but use half of the indicated amount of water.
  2. Pour in the liquor and add more water to the required amount. Mix well.
  3. Pour the jelly into cups and place in the refrigerator to harden (about 3-4 hours).
  4. Before serving the jelly to the table, whip the cream with vanilla and powdered sugar, put on the frozen jelly, decorate the dessert with berries and mint leaves.
