Juicy Boiled Pork in Foil

Fragrant, juicy pork with garlic and carrots, baked in the oven in foil.

Cook: 1 hour 15 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Pork (shoulder) – 400-500 g
  • Carrots (small) – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Barbecue seasoning – to taste

Directions

  1. Peel carrots, wash, cut into small pieces.
  2. Chop the peeled garlic as well.
  3. With a knife, make holes in the meat evenly over the entire surface, so deep that the pieces of vegetables “hide” inside.
  4. Dip the garlic lightly in salt, put in the cut.
  5. In the next cut, put a slice of carrot in salt. So stuff the whole pork shoulder.
  6. Preheat the oven. Line a baking sheet with foil. Transfer the meat to it.
  7. Salt the meat to taste (about 0.5 teaspoon). Sprinkle the meat with kebab seasoning.
  8. Wrap tightly in foil.
  9. Pour a glass of water onto a baking sheet. Bake the meat in a preheated oven for about 1 hour at 180 degrees.
  10. Cut the cooked pork into slices. Enjoy your meal!
