Juicy Chicken Cutlets

Making truly juicy chicken cutlets is not so easy due to the specifics of minced chicken. But if you have such a great recipe, then consider that half the job is done.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 600-750 grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 3-4 Cloves
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 2 Pieces (medium)
  • White or Gray Bread – 4-5 Slices
  • Milk – 200 Milliliters
  • Green onions – 1-2 Pieces
  • Parsley – To taste
  • Marjoram – To taste
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. We pre-soak the bread in milk and wait until it swells. Now we cut all the ingredients into large pieces and put them in a blender, break the egg and add the bread with milk. Salt, pepper and grind everything until smooth.
  2. Minced meat should not turn out to be very liquid, and should be uniform in consistency.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put it on fire, wait for it to warm up well.
  4. Now we collect the minced meat with a tablespoon and form a small and neat cutlet from it.
  5. We fry the cutlets in a preheated pan on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Ready cutlets really turn out to be incredibly tasty and juicy and go well with any side dish.
